Our Story

The name "Gingergrass" derives from ginger and lemongrass. It represents freshness, simplicity and a healthy choice for ordinary people in Thailand and Vietnam.

Our mission is to prepare your food with love, one dish at a time; and to make you feel like having a fresh homemade meal that will not break your wallet.

    Gingergrass packs a punch of flavour in every bowl... We chatted through the end of lunch service at 2:30 p.m., but the rush didn’t really stop the whole time we were there. In fact, through all my visits the doors never stopped swinging. Gingergrass is clearly a welcome addition to the dining scene in the city.
